Job summary

NBOX Logistics is hiring a Senior Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle, supervise the team, and handle complex billing for warehousing and last-mile delivery services in Doha. Responsibilities

• Handle billing for inbound/outbound, picking, packing, handling, and other warehouse services
• Reconcile last-mile delivery records with customer billing
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure accurate and complete billing
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management analysis

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full accounting cycle and supervise the accounting team

Prepare and review customer invoices for warehousing, storage, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery services

Calculate and verify CBM-based storage charges according to customer contracts and rate cards

Handle billing for inbound/outbound, picking, packing, handling, and other warehouse services

The ideal candidate for this Senior Accountant vacancy in Doha must meet the following criteria:

Mandatory

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience

Arabic language proficiency required

Must be currently available in Qatar

Preferred Experience

Experience in 3PL, Warehousing, Logistics, or Last-Mile Delivery

Understanding of CBM-based storage billing and logistics invoicing
