Job summary

Society Qatar is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team at our club facilities in Doha. The role demands strong leadership, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach aligned with 5-star hotel standards.

You will supervise staff, ensure cleanliness across guest areas, lounges, changing rooms, and back-of-house facilities, and maintain safety and hygiene compliance during all shifts. This is a full-time on-site position fostering a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Housekeeping, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years housekeeping experience, preferably in premium facilities.
• Previous supervisory experience required; able to manage multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment, hygiene standards, and reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure areas meet 5-star standards.
• Inspect gym, studios, pools, changing rooms, and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate staff allocations, schedules, and daily task assignments.
• Provide training on cleaning techniques, safety, and customer service; conduct briefings.
• Maintain cleanliness records, checklists, and incident reports; handle VIP requests.
• Oversee supplies, inventory, and proper storage of chemicals and equipment.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene procedures and ensure PPE usage.
