Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in luxury hotel housekeeping with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of luxury standards, cleaning techniques, sanitation, and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and assign tasks to staff.
• Train and mentor new staff on cleaning techniques, SOPs, and safety.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve service quality.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness.
• Check rooms after cleaning to verify standards and guest satisfaction.
• Manage supplies and stay within budget; coordinate with manager.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
