Job summary

Doha British School – Ain Khaled Campus in Qatar seeks qualified teachers to join our international team. You will deliver the British curriculum across key stages, with emphasis on academic excellence, pastoral care, and personal growth.

Curriculum Overview

Doha British School follows the National Curriculum of England, adapted to reflect Qatar’s culture, heritage, and values. Successful applicants must have:

• A recognised educational degree, such as a Bachelor's in Education or an equivalent qualification.

• A certified teaching qualification such as a PGCE or QTS with an Early Career Teaching Certificate (the PGCE must be supported by a subject-relevant bachelor’s degree).

• Exceptional subject knowledge, with extensive experience teaching the National Curriculum of England.

• Experience teaching International Baccalaureate (IB) and IGCSE, AS/A Level.

• A proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.

• A strong commitment to contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activities.
