About the Role

We are hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM / Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) Consultant to support the configuration, implementation, data migration, testing, and go-live activities of SAP SuccessFactors Talent solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH), Job Profile Builder (JPB), Job Families, Job Roles, Competency Frameworks, Skills Libraries, MDF, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

This role requires a consultant with strong experience in data governance, Korn Ferry job architecture and competency frameworks, data migration, cleansing, validation, and onsite deployment support.

Key Responsibilities

System Configuration & Testing

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) solutions
• Configure and maintain Job Profile Builder (JPB), Job Families, Job Roles, Competencies, and Skills Frameworks
• Configure Metadata Framework (MDF) objects, Business Rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Support the design and implementation of scalable talent and skills management processes
• Configure solutions in alignment with business, HR, and organizational requirements
• Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live readiness activities
• Troubleshoot configuration and functional issues identified during testing and deployment

Job Architecture & Talent Frameworks

• Implement and support Job Families, Job Roles, Competency Frameworks, and Skills Libraries
• Support the integration and alignment of Korn Ferry competencies, skills, and job architecture within SAP SuccessFactors
• Ensure job profiles and competency frameworks are accurately configured and aligned with organizational requirements
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to support the adoption of standardized talent and skills frameworks
• Support ongoing optimization of job architecture and skills-related data within SuccessFactors

Data Integration & Migration

• Support data migration activities for Job Profiles, Competencies, Skills, and Job Families
• Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and migration activities
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of migrated data
• Identify and resolve data quality issues before deployment
• Support integration and alignment between external job architecture frameworks and SAP SuccessFactors

Data Cleansing & Governance

• Perform data cleansing, standardization, and quality validation activities
• Validate job descriptions, competencies, skills data, and job architecture information
• Identify data discrepancies, duplicates, inconsistencies, and incomplete records
• Work closely with Business, HRIS, and AMS teams to resolve data issues
• Support the establishment of data governance practices and quality standards
• Ensure data readiness for testing, cutover, go-live, and production deployment

Go-Live & Deployment Support

• Provide onsite support during project rollout and deployment activities
• Support cutover planning and go-live readiness activities
• Participate in hypercare and post-go-live issue resolution
• Coordinate with business stakeholders on testing results, deployment readiness, and user adoption
• Support the resolution and prioritization of functional and data-related issues during deployment
• Ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to ongoing application support

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, HRIS teams, AMS teams, and technical consultants
• Gather and clarify functional and data-related requirements
• Communicate configuration decisions, data issues, testing progress, and deployment status effectively
• Support stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation and rollout lifecycle
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to relevant teams where required

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM
• Strong hands-on experience with Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)
• Strong experience with Job Profile Builder (JPB)
• Hands-on expertise in Metadata Framework (MDF)
• Strong knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Experience implementing and managing Job Families and Job Roles
• Experience working with Competency Frameworks and Skills Libraries
• Experience integrating or aligning Korn Ferry Job Architecture and Competency Frameworks with SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong experience in data migration, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
• Proven experience leading or supporting SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
• Strong experience working with HR, HRIS, business, and AMS stakeholders
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant Talent Management modules
• Experience with large-scale SuccessFactors implementation or transformation programs
• Experience working with global job architecture and skills transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of HR data governance and master data management
• Experience supporting onsite implementation and go-live activities
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams
