Arab Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP E-Procurement Change Manager for an onsite role in Qatar. The candidate will lead change efforts across sourcing, contracts, supplier management, and downstream P2P/invoice processes in a 1-year contract that is extendable.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, strong S2P knowledge, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive adoption and minimize disruption during system changes.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in SAP E-Procurement and change management.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycles and procurement best practices.
• Experience coordinating with IT and business stakeholders on ERP/ procurement projects.

Job Role: SAP E Procurement experienced Change Management

Experience: 7+ years

Location: Qatar (Onsite)

Duration: 1 year (extendable)

Job responsibilities:

SAP Modules: (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management) and Downstream (P2P, Invoice Management).

Procurement Processes: Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycles and procurement best practices.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA/ECC), data flows, and potentially development coordination.

Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum project management.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Change Management : Focuses on the "people side" of changes, ensuring employees adapt to new systems or processes by managing communication, training, and support to minimize disruption and resistance.
