Arab Solutions in Qatar is seeking an experienced SAP E-Procurement Change Manager for a 1-year, onsite contract. The role focuses on managing people-centric change, training, and communication to ensure a smooth transition to SAP-based processes.

Responsibilities include overseeing S2P cycles, contracts, supplier management, and downstream P2P/invoice flows while coordinating with stakeholders across procurement teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SAP E-Procurement/change management.
• Strong understanding of S2P cycles and procurement best practices.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP procurement change initiatives focusing on people adoption.
• Coordinate with sourcing, contracts, supplier management, and downstream P2P processes.
• Oversee data flows and integration points with SAP S/4HANA/ECC; support training.

Job Responsibilities

• SAP Modules: (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management) and Downstream (P2P, Invoice Management).
• Procurement Processes: Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycles and procurement best practices.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA/ECC), data flows, and potentially development coordination.
• Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum project management.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Change Management : Focuses on the "people side" of changes, ensuring employees adapt to new systems or processes by managing communication, training, and support to minimize disruption and resistance.
