Job summary

Jerry Varghese International (JVI) is seeking a qualified RIS/PACS Administrator in Doha, Qatar. Ideal candidates must have a Bachelor in Radiology or a Diploma in Medical Technology, along with certification in RIS/PACS Administration. A minimum of 3 years of experience and registration with IART is also required.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with Indian Association of Radiological Technologists (IART) at New Delhi.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a RIS/PACS Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of PACS equipment including image workflow, archiving, autorouting, and prefetching.

Education

Job description

Overview

Responsible for day-to-day operation of PACS equipment including image workflow, archiving, autorouting, and prefetching and other related activities. Works closely with unit operations managers to ensure timely and complete capture of DICOM digital image data into the PACS system as well as network transmission, RIS validation, and exceptions handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of radiology & imaging technology (or) 3 years Diploma in Medical Technology (Radiology & Imaging)
• Certification course in RIS/PACS Administrator
• Must registered with Indian Association of Radiological Technologists (IART) at New Delhi.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a RIS/PACS Administrator
