Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha is seeking a skilled Rigger/Scaffolder for full-time marine projects. You will perform rigging, scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling, and support deck operations to ensure safe, efficient handling of materials.

Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience on vessels, barges, shipyards or ports, be physically fit, and able to work in marine conditions while following PTW and HSE procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Rigger/Scaffolder experience in marine projects.
• Experience on vessels, barges, shipyards, ports, or marine facilities.
• Good knowledge of rigging practices and safe scaffolding erection/dismantling.
• Familiar with lifting equipment, hand signals, and scaffold safety requirements.
• Physically fit and able to work in marine conditions.

• Assist with marine deck operations, loading/unloading, and material handling.
• Inspect lifting gears, scaffolding components, slings, shackles, and tools before use.
• Ensure scaffolds are properly erected, secured, tagged, and safe for access.

• Coordinate with crane operators, banksmen, scaffold supervisors, and deck crew.
