Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Qatar is seeking an experienced Full-time Deck Foreman to supervise a deck crew and oversee daily marine operations.

You will coordinate lifting, rigging, mooring, loading and unloading activities, and ensure safe use of deck equipment. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Relevant marine certifications preferred and experience on vessels, barges, shipyards or ports is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of marine/deck experience.
• Experience as Deck Foreman or senior deck crew.
• Strong knowledge of lifting, rigging, mooring, and marine operations.
• Experience on vessels, barges, shipyards, ports, or marine projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise deck crew and oversee daily marine operations.
• Coordinate lifting, rigging, mooring, loading and unloading activities.
• Ensure safe use of deck equipment and lifting gears.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE requirements.
