Job summary

Qatar Airways Group is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to join the Central Commercial Business Intelligence team in Doha, Qatar. You will analyze revenue performance, develop KPI dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations to support commercial decision-making.

The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of airline or revenue management experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and Power BI; English fluency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and insights.
• Perform root cause analysis of variances in revenue, volumes, and yield across networks, routes and channels.
• Deliver data-driven analyses on pricing, demand and revenue optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Corporate Planning, Finance and Loyalty teams to address analytical needs.
• Present findings via clear visualizations, reports and presentations for business audiences.
• Prepare forecasts, business cases and ad-hoc analyses to support planning and budgeting.
• Validate data sources and KPI calculations, and identify opportunities to improve reporting automation.

About the role
Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Revenue Management team as a Revenue Management Analyst to be based in Doha, Qatar.

As a Revenue Management Analyst, you will be supporting the Revenue Management department within the Central Commercial Business Intelligence team by delivering analysis and insights to support commercial decision-making. You will analyze business performance data and develop KPI reporting, and performance monitoring tools focused on revenue, yield, and channel performance. You will investigate key business drivers, identify trends and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve commercial outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy, support forecasting and planning activities, and enable informed strategic and operational decisions through analytics.

Specific responsibilities for the role include:

Analyze revenue performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business insights.

Perform root cause analysis of business performance variances, identifying the drivers behind changes in revenue, volumes, yield, at network/POS/route/channel levels.

Support Revenue Management initiatives by delivering data-driven analyses on pricing, demand, and revenue optimization opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Revenue Management, Sales, Corporate Planning, Finance, and Loyalty teams to address business questions and analytical requirements.

Present analytical findings and recommendations through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations tailored to business audiences.

Prepare forecasts, business cases, and ad-hoc analyses to support planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity by validating data sources and KPI calculations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience.

Relevant experience in airline, revenue management or commercial functions.

Strong analytical ability and passion for figuring out complex problems.

Knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Tableau and Power BI.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.
