Job summary

ExecuStaff Kuwait is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Canada. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, process sales at the POS, and keep the store tidy to create a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires English fluency, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required, with room for growth and accommodations if needed.

Qualifications

• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with finding products that meet their needs
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
• Keep track of inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Assist with visual merchandising to create an appealing shopping experience for customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
