Job summary

PPOAR is seeking a Sales Associate to join our retail team in Al-Rayyan. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and assist with transactions while delivering friendly, high-quality service.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work flexible hours including weekends/evenings, and a proactive approach to maintaining an organized store and meeting sales targets. Prior experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be Malayalee or Egyptian (preference).
• Must possess a valid biometric passport (if non-Qatari).
• Fluent in English (preferred).
• Previous retail experience is not required but considered an asset.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
