Qualifications

• Nationality preference: Indian
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus
• Retail or sales experience required
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math for cash handling
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products or answering their questions
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
• Process transactions accurately using cash registers or other point-of-sale systems
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking shelves and displaying merchandise according to company guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate to the store manager
