Job summary

ExecuStaff Kuwait is seeking a skilled Nepali Restaurant Manager for our Al-Khor location. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive sales with a focus on service quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with kitchen, managing inventory, and enforcing health and safety standards while delivering a welcoming dining experience. Fluency in English; Arabic a plus; Nepali nationality required.

Qualifications

• Must be Nepali national.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership abilities to manage a diverse team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
