Job summary

SwiftMove Logistics seeks a highly experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry with proven leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing a restaurant.

You will oversee daily operations including inventory management, staff scheduling and customer service; ensure health and safety compliance; train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and food

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience working in an international setting is preferred but not required.
