Our busy and popular restaurant in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as Restaurant Manager. As a successful candidate you will have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Hire, train and manage staff members including waitstaff, cooks, and other employees.
• Create and maintain schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Strong communication skills in English. Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Must be able to obtain necessary work permits for employment in Ar-Ruwais.

Salary

The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
