Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand tenant needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Show properties highlighting key features, amenities, and benefits.
• Negotiate rents between landlords and tenants to secure favorable terms.
• Guide clients through rental paperwork and ensure complete compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and team members.
• Assist in buyer negotiations and market updates when required.
