Walk-In Interview Details

Key Responsibilities

• Tenant Engagement: Understand prospective tenants' lifestyle preferences, housing requirements, and budget constraints.
• Property Showings: Conduct engaging property tours highlighting key amenities, unit features, and neighborhood benefits.
• Lease Negotiation: Facilitate smooth agreements and rent negotiations between landlords and tenants.
• Documentation & Compliance: Guide clients through rental applications, contracts, and move-in procedures.
• Portfolio Management: Maintain active listings and build strong relationships with property owners and landlords.

Candidate Requirements
