ABH Real Estate Qatar in Doha invites female candidates for a walk-in interview to join their Real Estate Agent (Rent) team. The role is full-time and on-site, with a focus on tenant engagement, property showings, rent negotiations, documentation, and ongoing relationship management.

Candidates should have proven real estate or sales experience, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and be able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or salesperson.
• Strong independent work ethic with exceptional interpersonal, sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Connect with potential tenants to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Property Showings: Conduct engaging property viewings, highlighting key features, amenities, and benefits.
• Rent Negotiation: Facilitate smooth negotiations between landlords and tenants to secure mutually beneficial lease agreements.
• Documentation: Guide clients through rental paperwork and ensure complete compliance with legal requirements.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and team members.
• Sales Support: Assist in buyer negotiations, provide market updates, and guide clients through closing processes when required.
