Job summary

Arab Solutions is seeking an experienced OTM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our remote team. The role focuses on Oracle Transportation Management with 6–7 years of hands-on experience across functional and technical areas, supporting implementations, configurations, and integrations.

You will work on planning, execution, freight settlement, rates, shipments, and logistics while developing OTM interfaces with ERP systems and web services.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of hands-on Oracle Transportation Management experience.
• Strong techno-functional understanding of OTM configuration and business processes.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with XML/XSLT.
• Experience integrating OTM with Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Comfort with REST and SOAP web services and data exchange.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate into OTM configurations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle Transportation Management based on business needs.
• Work on OTM modules: planning, execution, freight settlement, rates, shipments, orders, logistics.
• Develop and support OTM integrations with ERP and other applications.
• Work with XML, XSLT, SQL, REST and SOAP web services.
• Develop and troubleshoot OTM interfaces and data flows.
• Support data migration, testing, deployment and production issues.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct unit and integration testing and support UAT.
• Analyze production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with business users, functional and technical teams, and stakeholders.
