Job summary

Meduzzen is seeking a Manual QA Engineer with around 3+ years of commercial experience to join our team. The role focuses on functional, regression, and exploratory testing of web applications and APIs.

You will create and maintain test documentation, report and track bugs, and collaborate with developers, PMs, and other team members. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and distributed teams is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Manual QA.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with web application testing.
• Experience in creating and maintaining test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
• Understanding of client-server architecture, HTTP/HTTPS, REST API.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar task/bug tracking systems.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes.
• English — Intermediate+.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• Test web applications and APIs.
• Create and maintain test documentation.
• Report, track, and verify bugs.
• Work closely with developers, PMs, and other team members.
• Participate in requirements analysis and help identify potential issues before development.
