YO AI Labs seeks a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert as a remote contractor to support AI-driven accounting projects worldwide. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, review reconciliations, and ensure accurate journal entries and month-end close across ERP platforms.

Key focus areas include NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365, with rubrics to rank responses and provide actionable feedback to improve model accuracy. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on financial accounting, reporting, or FP&A responsibilities.
Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Familiarity with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday or similar systems.
Strong Excel skills and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
Prior paid experience in AI training, data annotation, or rubric-based grading is required.

Responsabilités

Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and proper journal entries.
Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end workpapers.
Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
Assess financial workflows across ERP platforms like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
Apply rubrics to evaluate and rank AI-generated responses.
Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
Support processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
