YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist for a remote, worldwide contractor role. You will review AI-generated creative outputs, provide detailed feedback, and help improve design workflows across graphic design, video editing, and UI/UX tasks.

You will work with tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and more, ensuring high-quality outputs while meeting project deadlines in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

Professional graphic design, video editing, or motion graphics experience.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review creative outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to workflows and tool usage.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and UX.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
