Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI-driven projects in graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will evaluate AI outputs, provide human feedback for AI training, and help refine creative workflows.

Prior paid human-data experience for AI models is required; pure AI-content creation does not meet this role's requirements. The role is remote, worldwide with flexible scheduling, and requires strong attention to detail and ability to work

Qualifications

Proficient in graphic design, video editing and motion graphics.
Experience with UI/UX design principles and modern design tools.
Paid experience with AI human-data work for evaluation, labeling or RLHF.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, and Milanote.
Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review outputs against design standards and project criteria.
Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to workflows and tools.
