Job summary

Trace Systems Inc. is seeking a Project Management II - Regional Manager for Doha, Qatar. The role will oversee all regional movements, operational issues, CCIR, and reporting to the COR using government-provided formats.

Strong leadership, writing, and organizational skills are essential. The candidate must hold an active US Secret clearance, be a US citizen, and have extensive experience in military environments with management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active US Government Secret clearance (in-scope).
• US Citizenship is required.
• Up to 10 years of experience in systems development and engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a military environment.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Able to travel to support mission up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Provide country project management for the region, overseeing all FSR movements and operational issues; report CCIR to the COR per government formats.
• Collaborate effectively with support personnel and report to government leadership.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication, documentation, and writing abilities; manage project documentation and scheduling.
• Utilize computer-based project management tools to plan, track, and deliver on contract requirements.

Job Overview

Job Title: Project Management II - Regional Manager

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Responsibilities

The Project Management II (Regional Manager) will provide country project manager that will oversee all FSR movements, operational issues, CCIR, and report them to the COR, format of CCIR will be provided by the government.

Ability to collaborate effectively with support personnel and report to government leadership. Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong documentation and writing abilities. Experience with the equipment supported under the contract. Proficient in using computer-based project management tools. Excellent organizational, planning, time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable). Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required. Up to ten (10) years of experience in systems development and engineering required. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a military environment. At least five (5) years of management experience. Able to travel to support mission up to 100%.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Management, OR an Associate’s degree plus fifteen (15) total years of recent specialized experience, OR twenty (20) years of recent specialized experience.
