Job summary

QatarEnergy is seeking a qualified Area Operator to oversee and monitor process units within the condensate refinery area. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient production while complying with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in refinery operations is required, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with DCS and PLC systems. The position is based in Mesaieed, Qatar, requiring willingness to work rotating shifts in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in refinery operations.
• Experience in operating and troubleshooting process equipment.
• Strong understanding of process flow diagrams and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned process units in the refinery.
• Ensure safe and efficient production.
• Respond to process deviations and support production targets.
