Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a Real Estate Advisor to drive property acquisitions and sales across Qatar. You will develop a client base, counsel buyers and sellers on market conditions, and prepare listings and documents for transactions.

In this role you will show properties to prospective buyers and tenants, negotiate offers, manage contracts and ensure compliance with local real estate regulations. This is a Full Time position with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce customer leads to purchase, sell, as well as rent a building.
• Advise customers on market conditions, rates, and also home loans.
• Create an open market price by contrasting buildings.
• Produce checklists for real estate sale residential properties, with information location, functions, square video, etc.
• Show residential or commercial properties to prospective buyers as well as tenants.
• Existing acquisition offers to vendors.
• Help with arrangements in between buyers and sellers.

• Promote buildings with ads, listings, and also open houses.
