Job summary

Backyard Real Estate in Qatar is seeking a motivated Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. You will generate leads, assist clients to buy, sell, and lease properties, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers to close transactions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Qatar real estate experience and strong communication and negotiation skills. A valid QID with transferable visa and a driving license are preferred; fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Qatar real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar property market.
• Goal-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Trustworthy, professional and maintains high ethical standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Must possess a valid Qatar driver's license.
• Must own a reliable vehicle for property viewings and client meetings.
• Valid QID with transferable visa (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
• Negotiate offers and close transactions successfully.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors.

• Prepare and manage contracts and other real estate documentation.
