BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL is seeking an experienced React Front-End UI Developer to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive components for SharePoint Online (SPO). You will integrate with SPFx and collaborate with a backend developer to feed SharePoint list data into a custom UI.

The role requires strong expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML5, SCSS/CSS Grid/Flexbox, CSS Modules, and Fluent UI React, with a mobile-first approach for intranet portals.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in React (v17/v18) and TypeScript.
Proven experience on custom UI development for SharePoint or SharePoint Online (SPO) projects.
Strong expertise in HTML5, SCSS/CSS Grid/Flexbox, and CSS Modules.
Deep familiarity with the Fluent UI React framework (v8/v9).

Responsibilities

Translate Figma layouts into pixel-perfect React components using TypeScript for SPO.
Write modular, scoped SCSS with CSS Modules to isolate styles from SharePoint's styling.
Replace HTML inputs with Fluent UI React components for consistent UI.
Build responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile across browsers.
Coordinate with backend to define component props and data binding for SharePoint lists.
