Qualifications

• CSWIP 3.1 inspector with knowledge of welding inspection practices.
• Ability to inspect piping fabrication and welded joints.
• Experience with NDT inspection activities relating to pipes and welds.
• Ability to monitor piping work and identify quality deviations.
• Technical understanding of pipe fabrication processes and inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections on piping fabrication and welding activities.
• Inspect pipe and pipe welds to verify compliance with quality requirements and procedures.
• Conduct visual welding inspections and identify defects or non-conformities.
• Coordinate and review NDT inspection activities for piping and welded joints.
• Verify piping fabrication work against drawings, specs, and welding procedures.
• Monitor welding activities to maintain quality standards during fabrication.
• Maintain inspection records, quality documentation, and reports for piping activities.
• Coordinate with fabrication, welding, and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
