# QA/QC Engineer# QA/QC Engineer**Job Location:** Qatar**Job Type:** Full TimeScope of Work :• Review the contract documents for each Construction stage/phase in respect of QA/QC requirements and procedures and advise the Project Manager of any deficiency. • Review CV’s of contractor’s quality and inspection personnel, and advice the Project Manager of his comments. • Review QA/QC Procedures and document control as submitted by the contractor and ensure implementation is in compliance with contract requirements. • Review Inspection and Test Plan as submitted by the contractors and ensure compliance with specification requirements. • Check all materials and equipment as delivered on site and ensure its compliance with approved materials and specification. • Closely monitor site activities, fully coordinate with site engineers, on a daily basis issuing NCR’s in case of non-compliance and reporting to Project Manager in case of shortage of skilled laborers and/or site supervision staff. • Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding work performance and hold authority to stop work in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected and/or cancel the stop work order upon satisfactory correction of noted deficiencies. • Provide technical support to the Project Manager and guidance to site staff in implementing the Project Quality Plan and QMS procedures; • Attend Project Review Meetings and alert the project team of any potential problems • Provide technical support to the Project Manager and guidance to site staff in submission of materials for approval, request for inspection, shop drawings, As-built drawings, O & M manual • Reviewing all observations and firmly establishing the facts related to the findings. • Following up the implementation of corrective actions based on the audit findings; • Participate in the analyses, reviews, audits and assessments of the QMS in projects; • Manage the on-site activities of QA/QC personnel assigned to the Project Team; • Coordinating and driving compilation of technical site documentation. • Coordinating with respect to QA/QC of contractor at the project site. • Assist in the preparation of Project close out report.**More than 10 years of experience**## Apply for this positionAfghan▾Allowed Type(s): .pdf
