• Technical Skills: QA/QC procedures, ITPs, method statements, material submittals, inspections, NCRs, quality documentation, and construction standards.
• Mandatory Criteria: Strong knowledge of construction quality standards; experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors; good communication and reporting skills.
