Job summary

Swan Global is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality compliance across construction activities, materials, and workmanship in line with drawings, specifications, and standards.

The role requires 5–8 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects, a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, and strong coordination with consultants and subcontractors. Excellent communication and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement project QA/QC procedures and quality plans.
• Inspect construction works, materials, and workmanship.
• Review ITPs, method statements, material submittals, and inspection requests.
• Identify and follow up on NCRs and corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records, test reports, and quality dossiers.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
