Job summary

levanteholding is seeking a Legal Specialist in Qatar to represent the company before government authorities and courts, and to provide comprehensive legal support for real estate, leasing, contracts, and corporate matters.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. You will handle due diligence, document management, and ensure compliance with Qatar laws.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law / LLB or equivalent.
5–7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in Qatar.
Experience in real estate, property, leasing, contracts, and commercial matters.
Strong knowledge of Qatar's legal and regulatory framework.
Experience dealing with government authorities and legal proceedings.

Responsibilities

Represent the company before government authorities, courts, municipalities, and regulatory bodies.
Handle legal submissions, applications, notices, and government documentation.
Provide legal support for property purchases, leases, and related transactions.
Review and draft contracts including sale/purchase, leases, tenancy, and service agreements.
Conduct legal due diligence on properties, projects and business deals.
Address tenancy, leasing, contractual and property disputes.
Coordinate with external lawyers on litigation/arbitration matters.
Advise management on legal risks, obligations and regulatory requirements.
Ensure activities comply with Qatar laws and real estate regulations.
Maintain records of contracts, cases, title deeds, powers of attorney, licenses.
