Job summary

Swan Global in Doha is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead operation and maintenance of a large-scale facility, ensuring contractual obligations, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. The role requires strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), particularly Siemens BMS, and proven project and team management experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including management roles.
• Proven experience managing large Facilities Management or Maintenance contracts.
• Strong technical knowledge of Siemens BMS or other leading Building Management Systems.
• Experience managing large sites and multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve client KPIs and contractual milestones.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP Certification and knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical and BAS preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of a large-scale facility while ensuring the successful delivery of contractual obligations, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), particularly Siemens BMS or equivalent platforms, combined with proven project and team management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a large facility.

Lead the team to ensure efficient execution of the maintenance activities at site.

Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, client KPIs, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.

Review technical reports, engineering proposals, maintenance strategies, and system performance analyses.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and performance reviews.

Prepare project reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
