Job summary

SSC Egypt invites an experienced Finance Controller to oversee project finance, budgeting, accounting, and financial operations in Doha, Qatar. The role reports to the Managing Director and requires strong expertise in project accounting and ERP systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years as a Finance Controller or Manager, and familiarity with VAT and contract management. ACCA/CPA is preferred, with excellent Excel skills and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Controller or Finance Manager.
• At least 2 years in construction, interior fit-out, or events and exhibitions.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, job costing, VAT, and contract management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Xero.
• ACCA/CPA qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, costing, and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor project profitability and cost-to-complete.
• Oversee event budgets, vendor costs, and revenue reconciliation.
• Manage accounting, payroll, VAT, and financial reporting.
• Improve ERP systems and internal financial controls.
