Responsibilities

• Organizes and controls project elements to complete engineering projects on time and budget.
• Sets project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans with management.
• Assigns responsibilities to phases and team members and reviews contractor bids.
• Determines specifications by studying design, requirements, and standards.
• Prepares cost estimates and conducts technical studies as needed.
• Tests to confirm product performance and quality.
• Monitors schedule, coordinates activities, and resolves issues.
• Reviews design and plan changes, and controls costs and contracts.
• Prepares status reports and highlights risks and trends.
• Maintains a safe, compliant, and high-quality work environment.
