Job summary

HEC Paris, Doha seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee the delivery of degree programs from planning to execution. You will coordinate schedules, materials, and academic processes while liaising with faculty, executives, and participants.

The role requires strong English communication, project management expertise, and the ability to manage confidential academic information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in program/project/event management with external stakeholders.
• Experience in higher education or executive education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of degree programs across in-person, online, and hybrid formats.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, platforms, facilities, and third-party providers.
• Prepare and distribute program materials, reports, and official documents; manage grade processes.
• Develop and improve delivery processes for efficiency and quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with faculty, executives, and participants.
