The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Product/Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years in product development or design.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, UX/UI Design, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience 5+ years in product development, product design, or innovation roles.

Responsibilities

Lead product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting.
Identify customer needs and translate them into product opportunities.
Define product requirements, specifications, and development roadmaps.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, operations, and business teams to ensure product success.
Develop innovative solutions aligned with business objectives and user expectations.
Create user-centered product designs, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Improve product usability, functionality, and customer experience.
Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback into product improvements.
Ensure consistency in product design standards and brand identity.
Apply design thinking and UX/UI best practices.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and development milestones.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during product execution.
Monitor project budgets, resources, and product quality standards.
Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and industry requirements.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, materials, tools, and market trends.
Recommend enhancements to existing products and processes.
Drive innovation initiatives and contribute to long-term product strategy.
Participate in performance evaluations, KPI assessments, and development planning.
