Job summary

PPOAR is seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join on a contract basis in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The candidate will design and develop new products from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engineers to ensure manufacturability and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Design or related field, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and SolidWorks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field.
• Min 3 years of Product Designer experience.
• Strong portfolio showing design process and projects.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and create design concepts.
• Create sketches, 3D models, and prototypes of new product ideas.
• Work with engineers to ensure designs can be manufactured efficiently.
• Test prototypes for functionality, usability, and aesthetics.
• Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
