Job summary

Workato in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar is seeking a Product Designer (Indian Nationals Only) to join our team. You will design innovative products, create sketches, prototypes and 3D models, and collaborate with engineers and manufacturers to ensure feasibility.

A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or related field and at least 3 years of product design experience are required, with strong CAD skills and excellent English communication. This is an English-speaking role in Qatar.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop new product concepts and designs.
• Conduct research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create sketches, prototypes, and 3D models of products.
• Use CAD software to refine designs and produce technical drawings for manufacturing.
• Ensure designs meet functional requirements, user needs, and brand standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs.
• Work closely with engineers and manufacturers to ensure feasibility of designs.
• Present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
