Job summary

Halliburton is seeking a senior product-focused professional with deep experience in well integrity, construction, and digital platforms to lead product vision and strategy for digital oilfield solutions.

You will interface with domain experts and developers, gather stakeholder feedback, and ensure compliance with NORSOK D-010, ISO 16530, and API RP 90-2 while shaping go-to-market plans and pricing models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• “10+ years of Oil & Gas experience with 5+ years in well integrity management, construction, or operations.”
• “Strong knowledge of well barrier principles, risk assessment, and integrity lifecycle management.”
• “Experience with software development, digital twins, data management, and workflow orchestration.”
• “Familiarity with AI technologies (ML, GenAI, Agentic AI) and software commercialization concepts.”

Job Duties

This role demands strong technical expertise in Well Integrity, Well Construction, and Subsurface operations, along with a solid understanding of digital product development and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with AI technologies (ML, GenAI, Agentic AI) and software commercialization concepts.
