Job summary

Halliburton is seeking a senior product-focused professional with deep experience in well integrity, construction, and digital platforms to lead product vision and strategy for digital oilfield solutions.

You will interface with domain experts and developers, gather stakeholder feedback, and ensure compliance with NORSOK D-010, ISO 16530, and API RP 90-2 while shaping go-to-market plans and pricing models.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
“10+ years of Oil & Gas experience with 5+ years in well integrity management, construction, or operations.”
“Strong knowledge of well barrier principles, risk assessment, and integrity lifecycle management.”
“Experience with software development, digital twins, data management, and workflow orchestration.”
“Familiarity with AI technologies (ML, GenAI, Agentic AI) and software commercialization concepts.”

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Act as the interface between domain experts and developers, ensuring alignment from concept to delivery.
Gather and prioritize feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive continuous product improvement.
Ensure alignment with industry standards (NORSOK D-010, ISO 16530, API RP 90-2) and related standards.
Contribute to go-to-market activities including pricing, licensing, and support models.
