Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a Producer to drive our visual identity and lead a talented team of creators from concept through final edit. You will own the multimedia production pipeline and ensure delivery of high-impact, thumb-stopping content across campaigns.

You will mentor a team, manage budgets, plan shoots, and collaborate with Brand, Social, and Events teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals that align with Snoonu's standards and tone.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative production, content production, or production management.
• Strong portfolio across commercial campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Experience directing photo and video shoots, including pre-production and post-production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of photo, video, and social-first content from concept to final delivery.
• Mentor the Videographer/Editor, Photographer, and Content Creator to drive quality and growth.
• Own the production pipeline including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cross-team coordination.

As our Producer, you will be the driving force behind Snoonu’s visual identity. Leading a talented team of creators, you will own our multimedia production pipeline from first spark to final edit—turning big ideas into high-impact, thumb‑stopping content that defines our brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end production of all photo, video, and social‑first content, ensuring creative excellence from concept to final delivery.
• Manage and mentor the Videographer/Editor, Photographer, and Content Creator, driving quality, performance, and professional development.
• Own the production pipeline, including planning, prioritization, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery across all marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the Creative, Brand, Social Media, PR, and Events teams to translate briefs into compelling visual content.
• Be hands‑on in content creation by directing shoots, developing creative treatments, shot lists, storyboards, and overseeing post‑production.
• Ensure all creative output is aligned with Snoonu's visual identity, tone of voice, and brand standards.
• Continuously identify new production techniques, AI tools, creators, and content formats to improve efficiency and creative quality.
• Manage production budgets, equipment, freelancers, and external production partners when required.
• Optimize production workflows to consistently deliver high‑quality content within agreed timelines.
