Job summary

Worley in Qatar is seeking a Bachelor-educated Chemical Engineer to join our process engineering team on onshore/offshore oil and gas projects. You will develop design specifications, perform simulations, and ensure compliance with international standards while supporting project teams and QA/Safety practices.

You should have strong knowledge of process design, experience in oil and gas, and the ability to work across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.
• MME accreditation is a mandatory requirement or willing to achieve.
• Chartered status (CPEng) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supports standardization of equipment specifications, drawings, and templates.
• Prepares process scope of work and estimates manhours.
• Supports quality assurance and safety procedures in design.
• Liaises with project team and client requirements to approve interfaces.
• Assists in change management and corrective actions for project scope.
