You will manage kitchen duties, train junior staff, and ensure safety and efficiency in a VIP setting, with menu development aligned to family preferences and dietary needs.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing Asian and Arabic cuisines.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene.
• Ability to develop daily/seasonal menus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Asian and Arabic dishes to high culinary standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Develop daily and seasonal menus based on family preferences and dietary requirements.
• Prepare meals for family members, VIP guests, and special events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage conditions.
• Manage stock levels, food requisitions, and inventory control.
• Minimize food wastage while maintaining quality standards.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required.
