Job summary

You will operate coffee equipment, maintain cleanliness, handle guest orders, and deliver friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment while upholding food safety standards. Fluent English and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Barista, preferably in hotels or established F&B outlets.
• Good knowledge of espresso-based coffee and beverage preparation.
• Experience operating coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations.
• Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain consistency in beverage quality, portioning and presentation.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, and work areas regularly.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth daily operations.
