Job summary

Emerson in Qatar is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support efficient warehouse operations through accurate inventory management, material handling, storage, and logistics coordination within the MEA region. You will ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with procurement, operations, and project teams to optimize stock levels, improve processes, and document shipments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain functions.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as WMS, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, planning, and documentation skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials and equipment.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurately documented and processed according to company procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Procurement and Operations teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
• Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize space utilization, material traceability, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics documentation.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, handled, and preserved in accordance with quality and safety requirements.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and warehouse transaction variances.
