Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. in Qatar is seeking a Systems Engineer - SecOps to drive the technical components of the sales cycle. You will partner with the sales team, lead POCs, and translate customer needs into Fortinet solutions across NGFW, SD-WAN, cloud, and XDR areas.

Qualifications

• High aptitude for security technology across network, endpoint and app areas.
• Previous pre-sales engineer experience managing end-to-end deals from technical to closure.
• Strong problem-solving skills evidenced by wins and customer impact.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate technically to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle, from RFIs to RFPs and RFQs when needed.
• Be the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners, collaborating with sales.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM data and account activity in Salesforce.
• Position Fortinet solutions to customers remotely or in person with clear, confident communication.
